Herb Salad Burnet Seeds - Perennial
Burnet is an attractive plant growing to about 60cm tall. Its dark green leaves of slightly bitter flavour, similar to that of cucumber is ideal for salad use, or is a useful addition to soups, sauces, cream cheese or herb butters. The plant produces pretty little red flowers and is evergreen. This herb is not really suitable for drying as the leaves tend to lose their flavour.
