Chains Lemax Spooky Town Figurine

This doesn't look like the first time this skeleton has used some Chains. This suspicious skeleton is wearing a black cloak, similar to the Grim Reaper. He's holding a long chain in his hands that features a big padlock in the middle. Something tells me he's going to lock someone up for life.
