Ladybird Poppy produces bright, fire engine red blooms with conspicuous black blotches which look very much like a ladybird. These poppies are ideal for sowing direct into borders to create drifts of colour and will grow to an approximate height of 40cm (16"").

Sow March to June
Where to sow - Direct into weed free flowering site 1cm (1/2"") deep.
Where to sow - Poppies do not like being transplanted so thin seedlings out.
Flowers June to September
Handy Tip - Sow in drifts so that flowers sway in the gentle summer breeze.
