Description
Grow your own tasty colourful salad leaves which are packed full of nutrients. There is nothing quite as special and rewarding as going out to your own garden and selecting home grown produce to use in your meals. This salad leaf mix contains a mixture of Rocket, Mizuna etc, to give an extra spicy flavour to your mixed salads, with the peppery taste of rocket and the tangy flavour of the oriental leaves it will make for a vibrant summer salad. This is the ideal thing to grow on your window sill as once grown you can cut the leaves as and when required.,HOW TO SOW In open, well prepared ground from April to June in 1cm (1/2"") drills in rows 30cm (12"") apart. Thin the seedlings to give a final spacing of 10cm (4""). HARVEST Cut leaves as required, always leaving a few leaves so the plant continues to grow for further cutting.
