Perpetual Spinach is not a true Spinach but used in exactly the same way. It is a member of the beet family, and is also known as Spinach Beet. It does not run to seed in dry conditions and is winter hardy. Produces a mass of mid-green leaves with thin stems. Good resistance to bolting within the first season. These can be slow to germinate and take approximately 65 days to mature.
