Description
Field Poppy - A very slender branched annual with hairy stems and feathery leaves as the abse of each stem. The flowers are large and vivid scarlet with a black base. Naturally occurs as a weed in light cultivated soils, especially corn fields.
- Contain 2000 seeds
- When to sow/; March to May
- Sow in spring: Outside in Spring ina well prepared seed bed lightly covered with soil. Ideally grown in full sun.
- Flowers from June to September.
- Also known as Corn Poppy and Thunderflower.
