Description
Vigorous climber for a sheltered spot or conservatory. Bright green foliage with stunning blue flowers, short lived but regularly replaced. Full sun is essential.
FLOWERS: June to October.
HEIGHT: 2.5m (8"")
WHEN TO SOW: March and April.
WHERE TO SOW: Early sowings in the pots of 4 seeds under glass at 18, or later sowings direct in the flowering site in groups of 3 seeds, 15cm (6"") between groups.
WHAT TO DO NEXT: Glasshouse sowings should be gradually hardemed off before planting out in the flowering site in early May 15cm (6"") apart. Direct sowings should be thinned to single seedlings as they grow.
HANDY TIP: The beautiful flowers only last for one day, remove dead heads as soon as they have wilted to encourage further flowers.
