Outside employees are hard at work like the ghost at the grinder or the guys on the ladder hauling in who knows what. A cooler oozing blood indicates the quality of the product as does the cold storage freezer and a cow skull displayed out front. Yikes, turn down a sandwich made from the meat at this place!
